What Work Can Be Outsourced

You know that you can outsource some pretty big functions within your company: accounting, IT, and so on. But you may not be aware that you can even outsource much of the day-to-day office administration work. These are the functions that have been called “secretarial” in the past.
“What?” you say in surprise. “I can even outsource the answering of my phone and typing of my work?”
It may be hard to believe, but indeed you can.
Outsourcing is an industry on its own. Just watch how this Dutch company has their poolse werknemers. They are the number one outsourcing company in Holland for poolse uitzendkrachten.
Think about it. Do you actually need someone physically outside your office to answer your phone if it rings? What if that person had your extension on their own phone somewhere else? If they knew your schedule, or you let them know any stipulations about who should be put through and who shouldn’t, aren’t they just as capable of answering the phone from their home?
