Do not be fooled when people say that the easy way to quit smoking is getting yourself into hypnosis or something. Although, it is one of the methods, it can not be denied that to stop the vice or addiction to nicotine, one must quit it now. I believe to stop the habit, you must really quit by putting away things that are associated with smoking, things like ash trays, lighters and even food and drinks that can trigger the urge. Then, stay away from places prone to smoking or those areas that may prod you to smoke or smoke again if you are trying to quit now. Although it may seem hard, it is possible, usually the first 3 days are the hardest, after which, the next days onwards may seem a little bit easy, but do not let your guard down, as lots of people tends to smoke again after the 7th day.

Thus, quit smoking now and surely you will have a bigger chance to stop the vice and addiction.
